A wine with great personality and structure that improves after years of maturation in the bottle.
Colour : Red reflexes, with shades of orange ruby .
Scent : complex, exquisite, vanilla hints, cinnamon and green pepper.
Taste : dry, strict but velvety with scents of liquorice, harmonic and thorough.
Alcohol : 14-14,5 % (varying according to year).
Food suggestion : well prepared, aromatic and intense courses.
