Vinification procedure : fermentation for 20-25 days in stainless steel tanks.
Maturation : 3 years in large oak barrels from Slovenia.

Colour : Red reflexes, with shades of orange ruby .
Scent : complex, exquisite, vanilla hints, cinnamon and green pepper.
Taste : dry, strict, but velvety with scents of liquorice, harmonic and thorough.
Alcohol : 14-14,5 % (varying according to year).

Food suggestion : well prepared, aromatic and intense courses.
